Metal 4-Port RS232 Switch Box

Compact metal enclosure measuring 118 x 94 x 38 mm, engineered for industrial longevity and signal integrity. Constructed from high-grade metal to ensure structural rigidity, thermal stability, and effective EMI/RFI suppression. Provides galvanic isolation between all four RS232 ports, preventing voltage differentials and data corruption during multi-computer sharing. Switching is performed manually using clearly labelled physical buttons — no host PC involvement, no latency, no dependency on operating system or software stack. Suitable for mission-critical serial sharing tasks: connecting HMIs to multiple PLCs, enabling lab PCs to cycle through test instruments, or allowing control rooms to access legacy serial terminals without port conflicts. Includes only the switch unit — DB9 cables not supplied.
