433MHz GFSK RF Transceiver Module

A compact, low-voltage RF transceiver module built around the Texas Instruments CC1101 chip — an enhanced successor to the CC1100 with identical firmware compatibility and improved RF performance. It operates within the unlicensed 433MHz ISM band and supports GFSK, 2FSK, and MSK modulation schemes. Powered by 1.8–3.6V DC (recommended 3.3V), it draws only 15.6mA in RX mode at 2.4 kbps. Key specifications include programmable output power up to +10 dBm, data rates adjustable from 1.2 kbps to 500 kbps, and receiver sensitivity of -110 dBm at 1.2 kbps. Integrated features include hardware CRC checking, address filtering, automatic clear-channel assessment before transmission, and wireless wake-up functionality. Ideal for short-range wireless applications including utility metering, remote sensor networks, and handheld telemetry devices.
