433MHz CC1101 Wireless Transceiver Module

This CC1101-based wireless transceiver module operates in the license-free 433MHz ISM band with a recommended supply voltage of 3.3V (range: 1.8V–3.6V). It supports data rates up to 500kbps and offers flexible modulation schemes including 2-FSK, GFSK, and MSK. Sensitivity reaches –110dBm at 1.2kbps (1% packet error rate), enabling reliable long-range communication — up to 200+ metres in open-air conditions, depending on data rate and environment. The module features programmable output power up to +10dBm, hardware-assisted CRC error detection, and built-in address filtering for point-to-multipoint networking. It consumes only 15.6mA during RX operation at 2.4kbps and supports ultra-low-power sleep mode with wireless wake-up via electromagnetic activation. Frequency agility is ensured by a fast-locking synthesizer supporting automatic clear-channel assessment (CCA) and frequency hopping. Configuration is fully software-controlled via standard DIP-pin interface, with separate 64-byte RX/TX FIFO buffers. PCB-mounted design; colour as shown.
