Y Type PP Filter with Dual Mesh

This Y-type inline water filter combines a rigid polypropylene (PP) body with a replaceable stainless steel double-layer mesh element. Designed for φ25 mm PPR piping (26–27 mm OD), it integrates seamlessly into hot melt welded systems. Overall dimensions: ~120 mm length × ~65 mm height × ~45 mm width; weight: ~180 g. The PP housing withstands operating pressures up to 10 bar and water temperatures up to 70°C. The dual-layer stainless steel mesh features uniform micron-level openings ideal for trapping particles ≥150 µm—such as grit, fibres, rust chips and insect fragments—without flow restriction. Its Y-geometry ensures debris settles gravitationally into the lower leg, accessible via a simple twist-off cap. Commonly deployed ahead of submersible pumps, solenoid valves, water meters and micro-irrigation manifolds to prevent premature wear and blockage.
