Weatherproof Flow Switch for Intellichlor IC40

This replacement flow switch is validated for use with Pentair Intellichlor salt chlorinator systems, covering IC-15, IC-20, IC-40, and IC-60 models and replacing part number 520736. Its plastic housing is selected for long-term stability in outdoor pool equipment applications, offering resistance to UV radiation, thermal stress, and chemical exposure. Dimensions conform to original equipment tolerances (±1–3 cm). It provides dual-sensing capability: red and black/blue wires detect water flow activation; white and green wires relay temperature data — both required for proper Intellichlor system logic and fault prevention. The unit includes four push-button connectors and waterproof sealing tape to ensure secure, long-lasting electrical connections. An arrow marked directly on the switch body confirms correct alignment with water flow direction — a key step in achieving reliable operation and clearing ‘no flow’ indicators efficiently.
