A precision-machined metal mounting block (approx. 34 x 28 mm / 1.33 x 1.1 in) made for replacing worn or faulty strain gauge assemblies on the Anycubic Vyper 3D printer. Offers rigid support for the hotend and secure integration of the induction-type strain gauge sensor. Must be used with the original mainboard and sensor to maintain full auto-bed levelling functionality. Material choice prioritises durability and resistance to thermal expansion — key for repeatable Z-height accuracy. Installation requires attention to wire orientation at the solder joint: reversing polarity in this area disrupts induction response and renders the system inoperable.
