VS1003 Audio Decoding Board MP3 WMA WAV MIDI

This VS1003-based audio decoding module measures approximately 45 × 28 mm and weighs around 8 g. It features a multilayer PCB construction with onboard 12.288 MHz crystal oscillator and capacitor filtering for stable signal integrity. Power is supplied via DC5V input, internally regulated to 3.3V and 2.5V using AMS1117 LDOs (rated up to 800mA). The board supports MP3, MP3+V, WMA, WAV, MIDI and SP-MIDI decoding, with dedicated analog, digital and IO power domains. It includes SPI serial interface for control and data transfer, a stereo DAC for high-fidelity playback, and a 16-bit adjustable on-chip ADC for mono recording in IMA ADPCM format via the onboard microphone or line-in input. Output options include one headphone jack and one general-purpose audio output interface. A built-in PLL clock multiplier ensures precise timing, and a power indicator LED confirms operational status.
