This robust training net is made from UV-resistant polyethylene mesh with tightly knotted construction to absorb and dissipate energy from fast-moving sports projectiles. Dimensions are 3 metres by 3 metres with a 1.2 kg total weight, ensuring stability without excessive bulk. Edge reinforcement uses double-layer webbing and brass-coated steel grommets at 30 cm intervals for uniform load distribution.
