Industrial USB to RS485 converter using original FT232RL IC. Dimensions: ~60 × 30 × 15 mm; weight: ~35 g; black ABS enclosure. USB: Type-A male, 5 V powered. RS485: screw terminals (A+, B-, GND), hardware auto-direction control. Baud rates: 300–921600 bps. Protection: 600W TVS, 15 kV ESD, 200 mA self-resetting fuse, protection diodes, and onboard 120 Ω termination resistor. LED indicators: red PWR (power active), red TXD (USB transmit active), red RXD (RS485 receive active). RS485 distance: ~1200 m at low speed, ~5 m at high speed. Supports up to 32 nodes; repeater suggested for >16. Operating range: -15 °C to +70 °C, 5–95% RH. Compatible with Windows (XP/7/8/8.1/10), Linux, Android, WinCE. Includes: 1× converter, 1× USB-A M/F cable, 1× screwdriver.
