USB PLC Cable with Optical Isolation

A purpose-built 3-meter programming cable for Siemens LOGO! controllers, combining USB-A connectivity with a 6-pin square PLC interface. It implements hardware-level photoelectric isolation to protect both host PC and target PLC from electrical faults, making it suitable for use alongside variable speed drives, solenoids or ungrounded machinery. The embedded serial conversion chip supports standard baud rates and full modem control signals (DTR, RTS, CTS, DSR). Power is sourced from the USB host and the LOGO! unit’s programming port. Conductors are oxygen-free copper wrapped in flame-retardant PVC insulation. Ideal for engineers performing onsite commissioning, troubleshooting or routine firmware updates in production facilities.
