Upright Chicken Roaster with Drip Pan

Measuring 16.5 cm in diameter and 17 cm in height, this vertical roasting system fits comfortably inside most UK standard ovens and domed charcoal or gas grills. The stainless steel upright rack holds poultry securely in a standing position, encouraging fat to drain away from the meat during cooking for improved texture and deeper roasted flavour. A matching stainless steel drip pan sits beneath to capture juices, designed with optimal depth to safely hold both beer-can chicken accessories and post-roast gravy. The entire set is built for longevity, ease of use and practical cleanup: it disassembles fully for thorough cleaning and compact storage, and both components are dishwasher safe.
