Universal LED Backlight Driver Board 10-28V Input

This constant current driver board is designed for LED backlighting in LCD TVs ranging from 10 to 65 inches. Dimensions: approx. 110 × 50 mm (4.33 × 1.97 in); weight not specified; output capacity up to 40W; constructed with green, black and yellow PCB layout. Input voltage range: 10–28V DC; output voltage adjustable from 5V to 165V DC via boost topology (e.g., 12V input → 80V output; 24V input → 160V output). Default LED current is 248mA, adjustable up to 600mA by shorting designated pads on the board. Transformer efficiency is optimised at 85°C ambient, with a measured temperature rise of 30°C at 40°C ambient. Dimming is reverse-active: grounding the ADJ pin gives maximum brightness; applying 0–3V (0V = brightest, ≥2.2–2.5V = very dim, ≥3V = output disabled) enables smooth analogue dimming. Four input terminals are clearly marked: VCC, GND, EN (enable), and ADJ (dimming control); output terminals are polarity-marked for LED+ and LED− connection. Includes soft-start and over-protection circuitry — EN must be grounded when not in use to prevent unintended operation.
