Universal Chainsaw Guide Bar Truing Tool

Engineered for accuracy and longevity, this guide bar truing and adjustment tool measures 28 cm × 15 cm × 10 cm and weighs 3.2 kg. It combines a cast iron main frame with aluminium adjustment arms and locking mechanisms. The tool allows controlled, incremental movement of the guide bar along its longitudinal axis and vertical plane, facilitating realignment after impact damage or thermal distortion. Its heavy-duty clamping system immobilises the chainsaw body fully, minimising operator effort and maximising repeatability. Designed to accept standard bar mounting configurations, it works with chainsaws using 1/4", 3/8", and .325" pitch chains, and supports bar thicknesses from 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm — covering domestic, landscaping, and forestry applications.
