Ultra-Stable 0.5PPM TCXO Module

A miniature 4-pin SMD temperature-compensated crystal oscillator measuring 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm × 0.9 mm, designed for high-reliability RF applications. Constructed using a precision-cut quartz crystal and analog temperature compensation IC, it maintains ±0.5 ppm frequency stability across its operational range. The housing is made from polycarbonate (PC), offering dimensional stability and insulation. Intended for direct replacement in Yaesu FT-817, FT-857 and FT-897 transceivers, installation requires only power-down, removal of the existing crystal, and precise alignment of the 4-pin footprint before reseating. No software setup, no trimming capacitors, no external components — fully operational upon installation.
