Transparent Acrylic Case with Dual Copper Cooling

Engineered solely for the Kickpi K2B H618 development board, this transparent acrylic case combines optical transparency with functional thermal engineering. The shell provides perimeter and underside support without enclosing the board, allowing unrestricted access to all I/O. Dimensions conform closely to the K2B layout (±1–3 cm tolerance), and material thickness ensures rigidity without adding unnecessary weight. The package contains one 5V cooling fan positioned for direct SoC airflow and three pure copper heat sinks — two larger ones targeting the H618 processor and one smaller unit for the PMIC. All thermal components are manually placed by the user using standard thermal pads or paste (not included). The design intentionally omits top or side covers to prevent heat trapping and simplify hardware integration — making it ideal for AI edge prototyping, multimedia gateway builds, and real-time OS testing where thermal headroom and physical access are equally important.
