Its high-density composition ensures firm-yet-compliant support, with precise elasticity calibrated for neuromuscular engagement. Dimensions are approximately 40 x 40 cm (±2 cm tolerance), and the pad weighs around 1.2 kg. The surface is smooth but tactile enough to prevent lateral sliding, and the closed-cell structure blocks liquid penetration — ideal for UK users who train barefoot or in socks at home.
