Three-Phase Brushless Hall-Free DC Motor Controller BLDC ESC

Designed for industrial electric tools such as air pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, and fans, this DC brushless motor controller provides stable operation across a wide voltage range with adjustable speed control. 1. Compatible with DC three-phase brushless motors without Hall sensors, supporting maximum rotational speeds of up to 224000 RPM on two-pole units down to 35000 RPM on fourteen-pole configurations. 2. Functions within a 6.5 to 24 volt operating range and delivers a rated drive current of 12 amps, extending to 20 amps when connected to active fan cooling. 3. Integrates a built-in potentiometer for manual speed regulation while accepting external PLC signals between 0 and 5 volts for consistent velocity management. 4. Features thermal protection that automatically lowers power output when internal temperatures exceed 100 degrees Celsius and resumes normal performance once cooled to that threshold. 5. Constructed from ABS material and supplied as a complete package containing only the single DC motor controller unit.
