The underside features a raised non-slip pattern that anchors the mat securely to worktops, while the clearly marked measurement grid supports accurate shaping and cutting of dough, fondant or chocolate. Its 0.6 mm profile delivers exceptional flatness and resistance to buckling — providing double the stability of conventional 0.3 mm alternatives. Cleaning requires only warm water and mild detergent; no scrubbing or soaking needed.
