The hinge blade is a single-piece CNC-stamped component made from thickened zinc-based alloy, ensuring rigidity and resistance to bending or fracture under repeated load. Its plain bearing system enables quiet, consistent motion, enhanced by damping oil sealed inside the non-removable pin.
