This therapeutic PEP (Positive Expiratory Pressure) lung trainer supports breathing retraining and mucus mobilisation through mechanical airway vibration. Dimensions: 11.8 cm × 4.3 cm × 4.3 cm; lightweight at 88 g for fatigue-free use. Housing made from impact-resistant, non-toxic, BPA-free plastic. Features dual stainless-steel ball options (3 g and 6 g) housed in an open-top chamber — insertion is tool-free and fully reversible. Correct use involves slow, steady exhalation to lift and oscillate the ball, generating gentle resistance and internal airway tremor. This stimulates ciliary action and loosens tenacious secretions, aiding expectoration and improving ventilation distribution. Designed for consistent daily use (5–15 minutes, once or twice daily), it supports both short-term symptom relief and long-term respiratory conditioning. Widely adopted by patients with asthma, bronchitis and cystic fibrosis, and by physically active individuals including swimmers, runners, singers and brass/woodwind musicians.
