TDA7850 2.1 Power Amplifier Board

A purpose-built 2.1 channel power amplifier board centred on the TDA7850 IC, engineered for durability, thermal resilience and sonic consistency. It delivers 80W × 2 stereo output and 120W × 1 bass output at 18V into 4Ω loads, with full compatibility across 2Ω–8Ω speakers. Inputs accept either 3.5mm line-level signals or direct terminal connections. The board uses high-grade PCB material, heavy-gold-plated wiring for critical signal paths, and high-precision resistors to maintain channel accuracy and low noise. A large pure aluminium tooth-type heatsink ensures stable operation under load. Five integrated hardware protections guard against real-world installation hazards. Designed and tested for seamless integration into UK consumer electronics projects — from compact desktop systems to retrofit car audio upgrades.
