This high-power Class D digital amplifier board is built around the original TDA7498E IC, delivering true 2×160W stereo output into 4-ohm loads at 36V DC input. Dimensions: 115 × 85 × 45 mm (L×W×H); weight: approx. 320g. Constructed with heavy-duty PCB, copper-clad heat sink, and dual-layer thermal design. Input voltage range: 15–36V DC with reverse polarity protection. Compatible with 4Ω, 6Ω and 8Ω speakers. Features temperature-controlled forced-air cooling — fan activates only when heatsink temperature reaches threshold, ensuring quiet operation during low-load use. Typical efficiency: 85% (per official datasheet). Supports BTL mono mode: short J1–J4 to configure for single-channel 220W output into 3Ω at 36V — a capability exclusive to the TDA7498E chip.
