20-pack of precision-engineered disc washers: 20 mm ID, 30 mm OD, 1.8 mm thick. Fabricated from a hybrid of carbon steel and stainless steel to deliver optimal strength-to-corrosion-resistance ratio. Each washer exhibits a true conical taper, double-sided knurling with parallel stripe texture, and fully smoothed edges. Meets dimensional consistency requirements for repeatable performance across multiple installations. Primary engineering purpose is to improve joint reliability in threaded assemblies subject to movement, thermal fluctuation or cyclic loading. Functions include load spreading, stress mitigation on sensitive substrates, and passive anti-rotation via surface friction and elastic recovery.
