This weighted jump rope features a durable PU-coated steel wire core (3.5mm diameter) and ergonomic foam handles with non-slip textured patterns. Total length is fully adjustable from 240 cm to 300 cm via self-locking mechanism, accommodating users from approx. 150 cm to 190 cm height. Each handle measures 15 cm long × 3 cm diameter and weighs approx. 180 g (pair). The rope itself weighs approx. 350 g total. Equipped with a dual-ball-bearing system (one per handle) for smooth, tangle-free 360° rotation — engineered for consistent speed and rhythm during high-intensity or endurance training.
