Made from certified magnesium ingot with consistent density and grain structure, each rod is weight-verified at ~2.1 kg and dimensionally checked for straightness and thread integrity before packaging. It functions by establishing a controlled galvanic cell within the water heater tank: as electrons flow from the magnesium to the steel tank wall, oxidation occurs only on the rod surface — visibly evident as white powdery residue or pitting over time — while the tank remains intact.
