STM32F072 MCU USB CAN Interface Board Compatible with 3D Printing Motion Control Open Source Firmware Systems

UCAN is a compact open source USB to CAN adapter compatible with CANable hardware. The UCAN enumerates as a virtual serial port on the computer and acts as a serial line for the CAN bus interface. With the Candlelight firmware, UCAN enumerates as the native CAN interface on Linux. The UCAN adapter is compatible with ARM-based embedded platforms including Raspberry Pi, Raspberry Pi Zero, ODROID, and BeagleBone. It can also function as a USB to CAN application with Klipper. Based on the STM32F072 microcontroller, the device utilizes a Type-C USB socket and supports CAN 2.0A and B protocols with baud rates up to 1Mbps. It supports CANable, CandleLight, and Klipper firmware variants. Hardware specifications include a 3-pin screw terminal for CANH, CANL, and GND connections. A jumper allows entry into the bootloader for firmware updates. An onboard 120R termination resistor is included, with a jumper option to enable or disable termination. The board color is black and green. Materials consist of PCB, plastic, and metal. Package contents include one UCAN Board.
