Sterile Pre-Loaded Piercing Kit

Each unit measures 8.7 cm × 2.3 cm × 2.1 cm and weighs approximately 42 g. Contains two fully assembled, single-use ear piercing units — no assembly or calibration needed. Each features a factory-installed 20G (0.8 mm) surgical-grade stainless steel stud with 6 mm post length, optimised for average adult earlobe thickness. Housing is made from rigid medical-grade polypropylene; studs comply with EN 1811 nickel release testing. The linear-action spring mechanism delivers a consistent 0.3–0.4 Nm piercing force — enough for clean, low-trauma tissue penetration without lateral shear. Includes alcohol prep pads. Designed exclusively for seated, well-lit self-application with tactile trigger feedback confirming full actuation. Not suitable for children, sensitive skin conditions, or healed piercings.
