Each unit integrates a pre-fitted 20G (0.8 mm) surgical stainless steel stud with 6 mm post length — calibrated for typical adult earlobe thickness. Housing: rigid medical-grade polypropylene. Studs: EN 1811 tested. Linear spring drive delivers 0.3–0.4 Nm force — engineered for efficient, low-disturbance tissue penetration.
