Stainless Wool Carders Bamboo Ergonomic

Two hand carders designed for durability and intuitive operation. Sizes: approx. 17 × 11.8 cm (6.69 × 4.65 in) and 16 × 9.5 cm (6.3 × 3.74 in). Constructed using solid bamboo handles, high-tensile stainless steel carding needles, and resilient rubber mounting pads. No glues, paints or synthetic laminates — only mechanically joined natural and metal elements. Weight distribution supports wrist-neutral posture during repetitive motion. The stainless steel needles are set at optimal density and depth to lift and separate fibres without cutting or fraying — critical for preserving wool tensile strength and pet coat integrity. Rubber pads ensure consistent needle alignment and dampen operational feedback; bamboo handles remain dimensionally stable in variable humidity — unlike laminated or painted woods that warp or peel. Validated uses include raw fleece preparation, wool garment de-pilling and fluffing, maintenance of bamboo-air-cushion fur rugs, restoration of vintage lace trim, and regular undercoat management for dogs and cats — all executed with the same calibrated physical input and predictable results.
