Stainless Tambour Beading Hooks

These tambour hooks measure approx. 11.5 cm (4.5 inches) overall and feature solid stainless steel handles with contoured ergonomics and a non-slip texture for fatigue-resistant handling. Each hook accepts six interchangeable needle heads — sized to match common bead calibres (e.g., size 11/0, 15/0) and thread gauges (from size 12 perle cotton to fine nylon). The hook tip is ground to a precise radius for controlled thread capture and smooth loop delivery — essential for attaching sequins and tiny seed beads without shifting underlying fabric layers. Commonly used in haute couture-inspired embellishment, ethnic textile restoration, and modern craft reinterpretations of tambour techniques. Also functions effectively in sequin-only layouts, mixed-media textile collages, and reinforcement stitching on stretch fabrics where conventional needles lack leverage. Packaged with two colour-differentiated hooks and six needles — ready for immediate use with no additional accessories required.
