Stainless Steel Inline Strainer 100 Mesh

Compact inline water strainer sized 12 × 9 × 2.5 cm, with 20 mm (1/2 inch) male threaded or push-fit compatible ports. Housing made from impact-resistant nylon; cover from shatter-resistant transparent polycarbonate; filter element from certified 100 mesh stainless steel (approx. 0.15 mm aperture). Designed specifically for pre-filtration in low-to-medium pressure domestic water circuits. The stainless steel mesh is laser-cut and tension-mounted to prevent sagging or bypass — critical for protecting expensive garden pumps from abrasive wear. Easy-handling design allows full disassembly using only finger-tightening — no wrenches or sealants needed. Compatible with cold water only; not rated for hot water or potable drinking water systems. Commonly used upstream of submersible utility pumps, solar fountain kits, and automatic watering timers across UK gardens and allotments.
