Stainless Brass Precision Water Level Valve

Overall footprint: 30.00 cm length × 9.59 cm width × 0.50 cm thickness. Main body cast from CW617N brass (EN 12164 compliant), float rod and fasteners in AISI 304 stainless steel. Total weight approx. 420 g—balanced for stable float response without overshoot. Designed for ambient temperature installation only; not rated for hot water or pressurised closed-loop systems. The adjustable mechanism uses a 12 mm pitch trapezoidal thread—each full rotation alters set-point by 1.2 cm—enabling rapid field calibration without tools beyond a 10 mm spanner. Compatible with both municipal mains and pumped well-water supplies when fitted with inline pressure-reducing valves (recommended max 5 bar).
