Exact footprint: 30 cm × 21 cm (11.81 × 8.27 inches), with uniform 0.8 mm thickness offering optimal balance of pliability and support. Core structure combines food-grade silicone, woven fibre matrix and micro-textured silica gel backing — all compliant with EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 for food contact materials. Surface is chemically inert and non-porous: won’t absorb flavours, stains or odours from onions, turmeric, coffee or smoked fish — critical for multi-use kitchens. Thermal stability confirmed across −40°C (freezer-safe) to +230°C (oven-safe), including rapid transitions between temperature zones. Remains dimensionally stable after 100+ baking cycles. Used across UK culinary applications: as a liner for Aga and Rayburn ovens, chilled surface for buttercream piping, non-slip base for stand mixer attachments, or reusable alternative to greaseproof paper for roasting root vegetables and baking fish fillets. Rolls neatly for drawer storage or hangs via corner grommet (if fitted).
