Square 35x35cm Concrete Casting Mold

A precision-engineered, reusable plastic mold measuring 35 x 35 x 6 cm, intended for casting individual square paving units on-site. Constructed from industrial-grade polypropylene with reinforced perimeter ribs to prevent bulging under fresh concrete pressure. Internal surface is lightly textured to improve concrete adhesion during cure while still allowing clean release after 24–48 hours (depending on mix and temperature). Designed for demoulding without tapping or prying — gentle upward flex releases the stone intact. Compatible with fibres, pigments, and secondary finishes like acid staining or sealants applied post-cure. Ideal for creating cohesive, scalable paving schemes across domestic gardens, allotments, and community green spaces where consistency, repeatability, and ease of replication matter most.
