11.4 cm (4.5 inch) diameter. Solid 304 stainless steel body and lid — food-safe, non-porous and fully recyclable. Total weight approx. 280 g. Features a built-in compression spring and tactile push button for intuitive one-hand use. Fluted internal profile ensures repeatable patty geometry and improved structural integrity during cooking. Meat is placed between wax paper or parchment before pressing — the lid seals gently, compressing evenly without lateral spread. Resulting patties show clean edges, consistent thickness and minimal surface tearing — ideal for restaurant-style presentation or portion-controlled meals. Works equally well with chilled, room-temperature or slightly frozen meat blends. Also used successfully for shaping lentil loaves, quinoa cakes, stuffed grape leaves and mini meatballs — supporting diverse dietary needs and culinary experimentation.
