Designed specifically for speed-focused training, yet adaptable for endurance, coordination and general cardiovascular health. Cable diameter and PVC thickness are tuned to reduce aerodynamic drag while preserving flexibility — enabling crisp, repeatable rotations at cadences exceeding 160 RPM. Foam density is calibrated to offer palm conformity without compressing excessively, maintaining tactile awareness of rope position during rapid transitions.
