SP1070 Precision Replacement Basket Plastic

Fit confirmation: Designed and tested exclusively for Hayward SP1070 skimmer models — matches original basket footprint, depth, and mounting interface. Material composition: UV-stabilised polypropylene with added anti-oxidant package — resists yellowing, embrittlement, and microcracking after prolonged exposure to UK daylight and pool chemistry. Mechanical properties: Flexural modulus ≥1,200 MPa, tensile strength ≥30 MPa — exceeds industry minimums for pool basket applications. Functional benefit: Restores designed skimmer vacuum pressure and surface-skimming action lost due to basket wear or damage — improves turnover rate and visual water clarity. Usage guidance: Replace every 18–24 months or sooner if visible stress cracks, deformation, or reduced debris retention are observed — compatible with all standard pool brushes, vacuums, and robotic cleaners operating alongside SP1070 units.
