Sourdough-Focused Beeswax Zip Bag

Standard UK bread bag dimensions (30 × 18 × 8 cm); lightweight at 85 g; constructed from abrasion-resistant nylon shell and removable beeswax-infused cotton lining. Designed exclusively for artisanal baked goods — especially high-moisture sourdough, seeded rye, and boiled-and-baked bagels. The beeswax concentration and cotton weave density are calibrated to match the slower moisture loss rate of naturally leavened breads — preventing premature drying without encouraging bacterial bloom. Nylon shell enables quick wipe-down between uses and protects wax layer from UV exposure and kitchen abrasion. Zipper runs smoothly even after repeated freezer cycling and maintains tension without loosening. Used by over 3,000 UK home bakers tracked via community forums (e.g., The Sourdough Club, Reddit r/UKBaking) — consistently rated highest for crust preservation and crumb softness retention at Day 3 vs. alternative storage methods.
