Measures 31.6 cm in length with a maximum cross-section of 3.2 cm × 2.3 cm. Made from single-piece natural wood — no joins, laminates or filler materials. Surface shows subtle grain variation typical of responsibly sourced timber, finished in a muted khaki tone consistent across production batches. Designed specifically for hammer head renewal: the taper begins at 2.3 cm and narrows gradually over 8–10 cm to ensure firm seating and mechanical lock within standard sockets. Grain runs longitudinally for maximum tensile strength along the strike axis. Used successfully by UK-based joiners, fencing contractors and community workshop volunteers. Fits hammer heads with nominal socket depths between 27–32 mm and entry diameters of 12–13.5 mm — covering >90% of hammer types listed in the ‘Tools & Home Improvement’ category on Amazon UK.
