It features a built-in heat sink and operates across a wide electrical and thermal range. 1. Constructed from plastic and metal with an integrated heat sink to manage operational temperatures. 2. Accepts input voltages ranging from DC 3.5 to 60V or DC 4 to 90V based on model rating, with a maximum operating current of 20A. 3. Prevents reverse current damage and maintains a quiescent current draw of 300μA during standby states. 4. Functions reliably across an operating temperature span of -40°C to +125°C with switching frequencies under 150 Hz. 5. Sold as a single unit intended to replace standard reverse-connection protection diodes in circuit designs.
