Soft Sponge Heel Grip Liners

Includes 10 pairs of reusable heel grip liners. Approximate size: 6.5 cm × 3.5 cm oval with hollow cylindrical profile. Lightweight (≈2.5 g per pair), made from resilient, low-density sponge. Self-adhesive backing ensures secure attachment inside the heel counter. Hollow design allows gentle expansion to conform to foot movement and shoe shape, preventing heel lift and backward slippage. Reduces rubbing-induced irritation and blister formation by acting as a soft buffer layer between skin and shoe interior. Suitable for women’s and men’s closed-back shoes — particularly effective in high heels, dress shoes, and newly purchased footwear where fit isn’t yet optimal.
