SMT-Built CP2102 Serial Module

Engineered for reliability, this CP2102-based USB-to-TTL serial module uses surface-mount technology throughout — ensuring consistent solder joints, thermal resilience and long-term stability. Each module measures approximately 2.8 × 1.3 × 0.5 cm and weighs about 5 g, encased in a durable metal shell. Powered via USB, it provides 3.3V (≤40mA), 5V and GND outputs, with TX/RX pins operating at 3.3V logic level (positive polarity). Status indication is provided by two LEDs: one remains continuously lit upon successful driver installation; the other flashes during serial communication — appearing dimmer at higher baud rates due to duty cycle effects. Supports baud rates from 300 bps to 1 Mbps and full UART framing options: data bits (5–8), stop bits (1/1.5/2), and parity (odd/even/mark/space/none). Compatible with Windows (Vista/XP/Server 2003/2008), macOS (OS-X/OS-9), and Linux. Package includes one black and one red module, each with integrated USB-A male connector.
