SL7 Frame Specific Split Washer Spacer

Dedicated split washer spacer made from black nylon, intended solely for use when fitting SL8 handlebars to SL7 frames. Dimensions conform to standard road bike 1-inch (25.4 mm) steerer tube interface, with nominal width of 3 mm and outer diameter of ~32 mm. Lightweight at ~4 grams, it delivers reliable mechanical coupling without adding rotational mass. The radial split allows compression during installation over the steerer tube, then expands to provide consistent radial pressure and gap-filling support. No adhesives, tools, or modifications required. Not a universal spacer — its geometry and material properties are tuned to the SL7’s headset stack height and SL8 bar clamp depth relationship.
