Side Mount Throttle Lock Lever Reliable

Engineered for dependable performance on recreational and commercial small craft, this throttle locking lever delivers secure, no-slip hold across all operating conditions. Its construction prioritises dimensional stability: no warping, bending, or hinge play after repeated cycling. The mounting interface aligns precisely with factory-drilled holes on compatible side-mount brackets, requiring only standard Phillips or hex tools for installation. Internally, the locking mechanism uses hardened contact surfaces to prevent wear-induced slack over time. Tested under simulated UK marine duty cycles — including repeated immersion, thermal cycling between 2°C and 35°C, and continuous vibration at frequencies typical of 4-stroke outboards — it retains full functionality beyond 50,000 actuation cycles.
