Its dual-textured surface provides reliable non-slip performance — the top side prevents foot slippage during rapid rope movements, while the bottom side delivers strong grip on various indoor floor types including hardwood, tile and laminate. Designed specifically for indoor jump rope training, it reduces impact on knees, joints and back, dampens noise to minimise disturbance to downstairs neighbours, and protects both your flooring and rope from wear caused by repeated contact.
