SFU1204-Compatible Ball Screw Kit

A matched FK10/FF10 end support set for SFU1204 ball screws, built for repeatable accuracy in milling, engraving, and automation systems. Made from carbon steel with black oxide coating for durability and stable thermal behaviour. The FK-type fixed-side unit integrates a sealed, pre-greased angular contact bearing; the FF-type floating-side unit uses a retaining ring for secure but non-restrictive shaft coupling. Both blocks feature precisely machined bores (10 mm ID) and mounting surfaces aligned to industry-standard SFU1204 lead screw dimensions. Includes one FK and one FF bearing block. Overall footprint: ~55 × 40 × 35 mm per block. Tolerance on critical dimensions maintained within ±1–3 mm per manufacturing specification. No additional lubrication or sealing parts required at installation.
