SFU1204 Ball Screw Support Kit

A complete end support solution for SFU1204 ball screws, comprising one FK fixed-side and one FF floating-side bearing block made from carbon steel with black oxide surface treatment. Both units are factory pre-greased with lithium soap grease and feature proprietary sealing gaskets to retain lubricant and exclude contaminants. The FK block secures directly to the threaded rod using a lock nut, cushion block and inner hex bolts; the FF block uses a retaining ring to fix the bearing onto the shaft prior to insertion into its housing. This configuration ensures optimal axial constraint and thermal compensation, delivering high rigidity, minimal runout and stable rotational behaviour during continuous CNC motion. Ready to install—no disassembly, cleaning or re-lubrication needed.
