Rustproof 400pc Grommet Kit 5mm Metal

Each grommet features an inside diameter of 5 mm (0.2 inch), outside diameter of 9 mm (0.32 inch), and barrel length of 3.6 mm (0.14 inch). Manufactured from high-integrity metal, they offer reliable rust resistance and stable colour retention — with no flaking or discolouration under normal crafting conditions. The kit delivers 400 grommets total: 100 in silver, 100 in black, 100 in green, and 100 in gold. It also includes three purpose-built tools (punch, base, and install rod) and a rigid storage box with customisable internal compartments. Best suited for lightweight and medium-weight applications — including shoe modifications, garment edging, bag reinforcements, tarp edges, and leathercraft — but not recommended for heavy blankets or leather thicker than 6 oz. For stretchy, knitted, or fragile-surface fabrics, always apply a stabilising backing layer before installation. Follow the four-step method: punch, insert, position washer, then tap with rod and hammer. Contains small parts — store safely away from children.
