Rugged Acrylic Case for Pi 5 Cooling

This 5-layer acrylic case delivers targeted protection and thermal adaptability for the Raspberry Pi 5. Measuring 85.6 mm × 56.5 mm × 24 mm and weighing just 42 g, it uses optically clear, UV-stabilised acrylic for long-term clarity and scratch resistance. The internal layout supports the included aluminium heat sink via four M2.5 brass standoffs and pre-aligned thermal interface geometry. A 6 mm vertical air gap above the SoC region allows integration of 25 mm DC fans (not included) without port interference. Every physical interface—USB 3.0, HDMI, microSD, camera/display ribbons, and GPIO—is left fully accessible. Its open-bottom design promotes natural convection while the layered walls resist bending during heatsink torque application—making it suitable for prototyping, education, and production-deployed edge devices.
