Rubber Brass Corner Pressure Roller

A precision-engineered hand roller combining high-elasticity rubber, corrosion-resistant brass corner inserts, and sustainably sourced hardwood handle. Total length is approx. 24 cm (9.4 inches) with a 4 cm (1.6 inch) diameter roller core — engineered for optimal leverage and tactile feedback. The rubber compound offers controlled compression without marring delicate surfaces like PVC, EPDM, or self-adhesive membranes; brass corner elements resist bending and wear when pressing into angled joints or recessed flashings. The solid wood handle is sanded smooth and contoured to fit the palm, minimising slippage and wrist torque. Used extensively in flat roofing, double-glazed unit fitting, laminate flooring seam activation, and waterproofing detail work where consistent, directional pressure is non-negotiable.
